I am standing close to a Holy Well by a huge hump of rock. Around it and me a small lagoon sparkles. In the distance Hesham floats above a fast tide and to the East Jennys Point sits quietly. Above me clouds billow, advance, retract and move on. I'm motionless. I'd like to think that Im meditating. I am not. Im attempting to be an alchemist. Im taking measure of what I see. If I had a cup given to me by Hebe I would use it to collect every colour, movement, nuance and form and then reflect it. I've tried this in numerous places around here. All to no avail. I have the tenacity of a gnat. As soon as I grasp one thing I release another. I paint it instead sometimes carefully sometimes quickly. before it moves.

A light filled place full of the call of sea birds and a popular outing for Lancashire Folk.
Every mood, every moment, every state of mind. What you feel should have an expression in where you are and how you see what's around you. A walk along a beach uplifts your mind.
