Mickledooor. For me, visually, is one of the most misted and enchanted stretches of path in England. It links the two highest Cumbrian Fells Scafell and Scafell Pike which tower above you. Its a place where the hill walker can get close to some major climbing routes and where many unwary walkers have fallen through taking the unforgiving bad step to the summit of Scafell. one of Rob Millers Iconic Ridge Series.
